Ordering

Internet: Orders can be placed online - fair trade and eco products are listed on the left column of this page.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and all transactions are secure.  There is a minimum order of $25.00, as we use a third party warehouse/logistics service and it is not cost effective for us to ship orders less than $25.00

Shipping for orders less than 200lbs

We ship via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service) and retrieve exact shipping costs based on the weight of the shipment from the UPS & USPS servers.  Orders are normally shipped within 24 to 72 hours.   We reuse and salvage shipping boxes and packaging materials , so please do not be surprised to get your order in a previously used box.    Shipping times for UPS Ground from our shipping location, are shown below.

Shipping for orders over 200lbs

If your shipment is over 200lbs, we can ship using UPS Hundred Weight weight, which offer a significant discount over their normal rates.   Orders significantly over 200 lbs are shipped via a trucking company and can be cheaper to ship than UPS hundred weight rates.  Also, shipping via a truck allows for palletizing the shipment.  UPS is shipped as individual cases.   Please note, that the shopping cart does not retrieve hundred weight rates from the UPS servers and so please call us to determine your actual shipping costs for large orders or use the UPS Ground hundred weight rates table below - the prices indicate the price per 100lbs of weight, depending on the zone it is being shipped to.

Orders can be picked up at our logistics/warehouse provider Accu-Logistics, 2031 Burroughs Ave, San Leandro, CA 94577.  Please, call 650-283-3797 to schedule pickup time or indicate time, during online ordering.
