Refunds

We will exchange or refund any products which are spoiled, defective or unopened within a period of 15 days.  Please call us at 650-739-0699 within 15 days of purchase date and return merchandise to our address above.  Customer assumes all costs in shipping the products back to us, unless the products were spoiled or defective.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email or phone, as soon as possible and include all the information you received in your order confirmation.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out.

Out of Stock Policy

Some items may be out of stock when ordered.  We will let you know if they are out of stock and you can change your order and/or cancel it, if so desired.
