Each plate and bowl is durable, soak-proof and contains no plastic or wax lining. In a commercial composting system, they will break down in only one month, and in your backyard they will take up to three months. The environmental benefits of these dishes don’t stop here either. We can make three plates and bowls with the same energy it takes to make just one out of styrofoam, and 25% of our profits are donated to grassroots social and environmental organizations.
